ITARR B.V. is responsible for this website. Here is what the site itself does and what happens when you contact us.
During your visit
This core site has no visitor account, contact form, advertising code or analytics code. It sets no cookies. A theme preference may be stored locally in your browser.
To deliver a page, the web server processes technical data including the IP address and requested address. These data also appear in technical server logs used to operate and secure the site.
If you email or call us
You share the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use them to deal with your question and stay in contact about that subject.
Our email environment is Microsoft 365. Email therefore does not stay exclusively on our own machines in the Netherlands. Please leave out other people’s confidential data when making an initial enquiry.
A question about your data
Email privacy@itarr.nl with questions about processing or to exercise your privacy rights. For example, you can request access, correction or, where that right applies, deletion of personal data.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The authority explains your rights and how to use them.
