A builder needs to understand someone else’s work. You ask follow-up questions, make choices understandable and create an initial solution that someone can try.
Programming can help. Reading carefully, mapping a process and being honest about what you do not yet know matter just as much.
AI is part of the craft
You work with AI colleagues that suggest solutions, write code and review work. You need to judge when the result is useful and when it needs another attempt.
Our own machines and open models are part of the workshop. So are external services. We want to understand why we use a tool and how we could switch.
