In the Lab we explain our way of working. Under Build we show what works. Own ground makes visible what the work relies on and who else is in the chain.
The three belong together. A good idea needs to prove itself in practice. And anyone promising control should be willing to show their own dependencies.
Rik Reinink
ITARR was founded by Rik Reinink, an entrepreneur and technologist in Breda. He works on applications, how people use them and the limits they need.

Europe is where we work
We build in the Netherlands for organisations that want more control over their use of AI. European origin can be a reason to choose a service. It is not, by itself, evidence of quality or independence.
We also use tools from outside Europe. The map shows them, along with their limitations and possible ways out.
