15 October: the workshop becomes a map

Goal: make visible where AI colleagues work and how a sequence of steps can continue without getting closer to the intended result.

What we did

We chose a map as the image of the workshop. Roles and work get a place on it, without real machine, client or model names.

A night from our own work was retold in twelve scenes. The player shows the feedback loop. It became the public window into what we now call the ITARRarium.

What the second look found

The publication process again required clean output and working checks. Missing components had to be restored first. Publication then followed passing tests and a check that the result was reachable.

What a person approved

The person chose the map and approved publication of the story with the real figures from our own work. Publication took place on 15 October.

The rule that stayed

Making a system visible helps reveal a bad loop. The outcome of the test matters more than how attractive the map looks.

Still open

The player tells an event from our own work. It is not a live view into client environments or a measure of every AI system’s performance.
