13 October: date and substance, not workshop codes
Goal: let a recipient read what was done without traces of our internal administration.
What we did
We created a scan for outgoing drafts and attachments. It looks for internal codes, names and other workshop traces the recipient does not need.
The scan can stop the process before a draft is ready. That gives a working rule a concrete check without claiming it covers every aspect of confidentiality.
What the second look found
The source records automated tests and rejection when a match is found. It does not include a separate second reviewer’s assessment for this day.
What a person approved
The rule and scan were recorded on 13 October. This source does not demonstrate a separate digital signature.
The rule that stayed
A recipient gets the date and the substance. An internal work code does not help them understand what is finished.
Still open
The scan recognises defined patterns. A person still needs to judge whether the text and attachments truly belong with this recipient.
